At Company Net we have a particular way of working that embodies our very culture. We passionately believe that everything we create is to enable our clients, suppliers and ourselves to work together to clearly understood goals, and this passion makes Company Net a great place to be. We get a real buzz delivering the best possible solutions utilising our business experience and knowledge of technology products to get the job done.
The culture of a company isn’t just about how we work, it’s also about how we play and how we interact within our community and the wider world. We’re proud of the way that we engage with our clients, partners and other organisations, and you can read more about us below.
We work in flexible ‘Hot Spot’ teams, autonomous operating teams assembled to provide the best mix of skills for each individual project, who are responsible for managing their own output. These self-sufficient teams are aligned with particular specialisms and are invariably great friends determined to produce the best possible results for our clients. Their success is fully aligned and rewarded by exceeding your expectations by delivering on or before timely deadlines and providing solutions that become fully adopted amongst your workforce. We believe in staying ahead of the curve, be it launching the first live SharePoint 2013 public-facing client website in the UK, forging new ways of partnering in the industry or educating our clients about the latest releases in Dynamics CRM.
Technology is simply the enabler for us to provide first class, high impact and rewarding Business Solutions. As such we aim to understand the pulse of your Business by sharing and collaborating with you during a valuable engagement at the very start of every project. Every minute of effort applied at this initial stage reaps reward by ensuring we deliver precisely ahead of your needs. We embrace a partnership approach that ensures communication between clients, suppliers and internal teams is delivered to everyone involved. Over the past 16 years, we have learned that to have a clear communication strategy is the most effective way to nurture talent and get the best from everyone involved.
We don’t just provide solutions, we work with our clients to build long-term relationships and provide proven return-on-investment. We have an excellent track record in delivering innovative solutions to leading organisations such as Walt Disney Europe, BP, Coca-Cola and Cairn Energy. Have a look at some of our clients to find out more about how we’ve helped companies improve their business processes.
For all of our employees we actively encourage Personal Development, from gaining Microsoft certifications relevant to the work we do to sponsorship of other relevant qualifications, and everyone has access to our Company Library of resources.
We’re proud of our team and we enjoy celebrating our successes.
We’re a close knit company and we hold monthly social events so we can get to know each other outside of the office. One month you might find yourself at the pub quiz, the next you might be at LaserQuest or the dry ski slope. We also have a staff football team and a badminton league to keep us active. All this adds up to making Company Net a great place to work.

At Company Net we’re proud to be constantly looking to the future and leading the way on topics that are important both within our industry and across the world of work. We hold regular events highlighting the cutting edge technologies we offer our clients and are at the forefront of development. We regularly blog on the topics we’re passionate about, including the Office of 2020, collaboration, flexible working and women in technology, and you can join us in the debate here.
We believe strongly in positively impacting those around us whenever possible and we forge strong links both within our community and throughout the wider IT and business landscape.
We have close ties with local schools and universities and we’re passionate about supporting initiatives to help young people engage with the IT industry. We work with Computing Clubs for Girls (CC4G), a not-for-profit organisation that encourages young girls to consider careers in technology through after school clubs designed to highlight the many ways technology can be used in topics including fashion, media and sport.

Company Net and our clients and partners support a range of causes throughout the year.
We support charities throughout the year - from Comic Relief to Breast Cancer Awareness to Movember we love to get involved. We also support the causes close to our Clients’ and Partners’ hearts and regularly take tables at their charity events, notably Microsoft’s Burns Supper.
