This morning, we held our inaugural Customer Immersion Experience Director’s Briefing at our Edinburgh office. Customers were invited to have pastries and coffee while CompanyNet’s solutions specialist James Freel took them on a true-to-life user experience showcasing the latest and greatest from Microsoft’s technology sack.
A Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) is a hands-on environment, where business and IT decision makers test drive Microsoft technologies including Oﬃce 365, Oﬃce, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Windows Phone and Dynamics CRM.
Attendees were taken through common work-related scenarios such as being productive while mobile, using social networking to get work done, and connecting in real time with co-workers and customers. The event was positioned as an introduction to Office 365 and gives the customer the opportunity to experience the powerful new productivity solution for themselves.CompanyNet host CIE Director’s Briefings the first Thursday of every month with our next event taking place on the 2nd October.
