Starting in mid-July 2017, they hit the ground running, and over the course of the year both Adam and Sean worked very hard to achieve the SVQ Level 3 IT and telecoms diploma – impressively passing two Microsoft Technology Associate exams.
Our training subsidiary, The Knowledge Business, developed the skills and knowledge of the apprentices in a real business environment, allowing them to learn how a business works and how to be a part of its success.

Adam has accepted his new position at CompanyNet as a Technical Service Agent role continuing to develop his skills in this area vital to achieving positive results resulting in Customer Satisfaction. In this role as an important member of the managed service team, he will build and maintain customer relationships and gather and solve customer needs and requirements.

Sean is now CompanyNet’s new Customer Service Agent. He will continue to be a part of the direct customer interface so vital to customer satisfaction. In this position, Sean will work with Office 365 and be involved in various customer support roles.
