Types of data we collect
When someone visits our website, we use an external service, Google Analytics, to monitor overall metrics such as how many people visit our site, and which pages are the most popular. This helps us make the site better, for example by making pages with low visitor numbers easier to find. We do not (and cannot) personally identify individuals from this data.
If you choose to send us your personal details (such as by submitting your name or email in a form on our website) your browsing session may be associated with the details you submit. We do this using a service called Act-On. Information about this relationship is only available to CompanyNet, and no personal details are stored in the cookie.
Mailing lists
When you register to receive emails from us, we collect some basic personal information. We use this to send you emails about the things you signed up to hear about. We will never sell, trade or give your information to another organisation or business. You can opt out by using the Unsubscribe link, which appears in every email.
Our mailing lists are managed using a marketing tool called MailChimp. Mailchimp have their own privacy policy and do not use your data in any way beyond providing tools for us to manage it.
