Howden Group provides industrial engineering products and services to a global client base.
The company engaged us to redevelop and enhance their public-facing website, which was outdated and did not properly capture customer interactions.
We built the new website on top of a Microsoft Azure-hosted instance of SharePoint 2013. All customer interactions are now passed from the website directly to their existing CRM system. This significantly reduces the need for manual data entry, saving staff time and increasing the accuracy of customer data. Customer enquiries are routed via the CRM system to the appropriate contact within Howden.
