The Crown Commercial Service has confirmed that CompanyNet has secured a place on the Technology Services 3 Framework, further bolstering our position as one of the UK’s leading technology partners.
We are very proud to add this achievement to the other frameworks we have been appointed to, which has included every iteration of the Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework, the G-Cloud framework, and the Scottish Government’s Application Design and Development Services (ADDS) Framework.
It also builds on our history of creating top-tier solutions for our public sector customers, who include Scottish Water, the Student Loans Company, the Scottish Government and the Scottish Housing Regulator.
What is the Technology Services 3 framework?
The Technology Services 3 Framework gives customers the means to procure IT services, wherever they are on their technology journey, from initial strategy and discovery, to migration, implementation and operational deployment.
The new framework will also include services requested during customer and supplier engagements which are distinct from any existing Crown Commercial Service agreements.
The framework gives public sector organisations direct access to procure IT services from a small number of trusted, accredited partners, including CompanyNet.
Organisations can now use the framework, found on the UK government’s Digital Marketplace, to find our expert team who can help them deliver digital projects.
How does it differ from past frameworks?
Feedback conducted by the Crown Commercial Service found that security-focused sub-lots on previous frameworks were “confusing and restrictive”. The new TS3 framework will create a more straightforward and transparent process for customers and suppliers in equal measure.
It reduces the time and cost associated with procurement, giving buyers and suppliers the opportunity to talk directly in order to decide whether there is a good fit.
This means organisations and companies can be matched more quickly and effectively, with the goal of spreading digital transformation across the whole public sector.
