Global research firm Gartner has named Microsoft as a leader in their 2016 Magic Quadrant for infrastructure as a service (IaaS).
The positioning is based on the completeness of Microsoft’s vision and ability to deliver to the enterprise market, and it’s the third year in a row that Microsoft have been named leaders.
That makes them the only vendor to be a leader across Gartner’s Magic Quadrants for IaaS, Platform as a Serice (PaaS) and Software as a Service (Saas). The news reflects Microsoft’s commitment to the cloud and innovative, world-beating enterprise cloud solutions such as Office 365, CRM Online, Azure and Power BI.
